This Women’s History Month Reproductive Rights and Freedoms Are on the Ballot

Women in Solidarity
Women's History Month

So many women have made incredible contributions throughout history. However, women continue to have to contend with attacks on our fundamental rights and freedoms. Our reproductive rights, the right to have children via in-vitro fertilization (IVF), and the right to decide what is best for our own body is constantly being challenged and removed in too many states.

This November women will remember who took away their reproductive rights!

Women will stand together in solidarity and fight this good fight until all women’s reproductive rights are restored. Grab your squad, get amped up, and make your voices heard by voting in your State’s primary and general elections. Reproductive rights are human rights, and we need to fight to keep access to our fundamental rights!

Did you know?

  • Young women living in a post-Roe world have less reproductive rights than their mother

  • Four states have total abortion bans during any point in pregnancy

  • Six states have abortion bans from 6 to 20 weeks after a woman's ’s last period

  • Some states implemented abortion bans with no exceptions for rape or incest

  • Bounty hunter provisions allow individuals to sue those who perform or help someone get an abortion

  • In-vitro fertilization (IVF) in Alabama could become more expensive and inaccessible to couples and lower income families who want children.

Be well!
