About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • Ice

  • 1 scoop of Nutiva organic hemp protein powder

  • Organic coconut water (note, less water makes a thicker shake)

  • 1 handful of kale

  • 1 handful of watercress

  • 1/2 handful of Swiss chard

  • 1/2 teaspoon of spirulina

  • 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric

  • 1/2 teaspoon of Matcha powder or chlorella powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon of wheatgrass

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/2 handful of fresh or frozen goji berries

  • 1/2 cup of non-dairy organic plain yogurt

Preparation

Put the ice at the bottom of your blender, add all remaining items, and blend items until all contents are blended well together. If you like a thicker shake, use less coconut water.
